Star bartender Shatbhi Basu brings in new flavours to the Juhu outpost of Indigo Deli
Indigo Delicatessen, or as B-Town celebs and socialites call it—Indigo Deli—opened its ninth Mumbai and twelfth India outpost in Hotel Horizon, Juhu, last week
The new outlet is divided into two sections: a cosy lounge and an informal diner. The space also houses a quaint gourmet store. The store will sell the deli’s always-in-demand freshly baked buns and breads, along with condiments, assorted teas, wines and coffees.
Apart from serving the brand’s signature fare (sumptuous salad bowls, wafer-thin pizza and freshly pressed juices) and daily specials that are loved by the likes of Tiger Shroff and Shilpa Shetty Kundra; the Juhu outlet is all set to delight new-age gourmands with a special cocktail and small-plates menu. Indigo Deli’s new Classic G & Ts that are available in three zesty combinations – grapefruit and pepper, passion fruit, rosemary and strawberry, and peach. Contemporary dishes that will tantalize your taste buds from the new small-plates menu include Lemongrass Scented Thai corn cakes, tofu shitake and Chestnut Wontons and Wasabi Prawns.
